At Prasaran Tech, we strive to provide excellent service. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.
Consultation Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the consultation are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.
Project Cancellations
- Cancellations before project initiation (within 7 days of contract signing) are eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
- Cancellations after project initiation but before 25% completion will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations after 25% completion are subject to payment for work completed plus a 15% cancellation fee.
- Custom-developed software or hardware may be subject to different terms based on project scope.
Product Returns
- Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
- Digital products and custom installations are generally non-returnable.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Customers will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Exceptions
Certain services, such as emergency repairs or time-sensitive installations, may have different cancellation policies. These will be clearly stated in the service agreement.
